TRS was formed in 1998 to provide a specialist all trades reinstatement service to the Insurance and Loss Adjusting Market. The business has grown year on year and now produces an annual turnover in excess of £5m with over 60 directly employed personnel and a further 10-15 retained sub contractors who work closely with us.

We undertake contracts directly and indirectly for most of the UK’s leading General Insurance Companies. We have a working relationship with all the major Loss Adjusting firms and in addition are included on the preferred tender list of some of Scotland’s best known firms of Surveyors and Engineers.

Our primary focus is on contracts with a value between £20,000 and £500,000 however, we can when required service client’s needs above and below these thresholds.

Although our business is principally geared towards the higher value commercial and domestic Insurance market we do also undertake development and privately instructed work.
