Following an administrative role within the leisure and catering industry, Susan took a brief family career break before joining Total Reinstatement Services in 2007 as Credit Controller this part time position was extended to incorporate the company’s Cost Control facility when her natural aptitude for the available position became clear.  Both roles are of equal importance to the smooth running of the business with the recently installed Cost Control system allowing all job costs to be accurately tracked throughout the life of the contract.  This allows for precise up to the minute calculation of Work in Progress value for both invoicing and Management Account purposes.
