Following a career in the catering and leisure industry Karen retrained in office administration before joining the company at its inception in 1998.  Initially running the Chem Dry arm of the business she moved with Total Reinstatement Services to their current premises in 2000 as the business has expanded she has undertaken the specialist role of purchase ledger in association with her primary role as Company Secretary
