Following a 20 year career within the Insurance Industry, the last 8 of which as an Associate Director of Christie and Co Loss Adjusters (now part of the Cunningham Lindsey group), Brian decided upon a career change and started Total Reinstatement Services in 1998.  From the outset his vision has remained the one constant in providing the domestic and commercial insurance claims markets with a quality ‘One Stop Shop’ service.  Through his efforts, vision and determination he has guided the business from its inception to its present status producing a turnover of circa £5million per annum and employing over 60 full time personnel.  With a dedicated team sharing both Brian’s commitment and passion, Total Reinstatement Services has developed in to one of the premier reinstatement specialists within the Scottish market and beyond.

Of the future, Brian’s passion for both the business and the reinstatement market remains resolute.  It is his desire to see Total Reinstatement Services continue its organic growth to achieve market prominence whilst remaining true to the core principals of offering value and unsurpassed quality of service.
