From a background in both retail sales and caring for the elderly Wendy joined Total Reinstatement Services as a receptionist in 2001.  With a natural aptitude for communicating at all levels she has progressed to her current position as Office Manager.  This fully rounded role encompasses all aspects of running the daily business of a very busy office whilst she also embraces the role of Human Resources Coordinator.
