The Beginning

Following a 20 year career in insurance claims, our Managing Director founded the company in 1998 to service the specific needs of the reinstatement market.

Strategically based in Stirling it remains our view that we are geographically best placed to service our wide range of clients both insurance and other. Since our humble beginnings, the company has established itself as the foremost provider of all trades services throughout our specialist markets.

Now

The company continues to invest in its people and the business and has recently undertaken a major restructure and technology investment to improve efficiency and customer experience.

As part of that investment we have created our new and unique Customer Charter that underpins how we manage and maintain a very high level of customer satisfaction.

Health & Safety underpins all that we do, where we adhere to best practice and ensure the wellbeing of our staff, customers and the general public at all times.

We have learned over many years how our customers value a dedicated contact and so each project now has a dedicated Project Manager who will manage your relationship through our unique Customer Charter.

Innovation is key in our approach to all aspects of our past and future business development.

Future

We see the use of technology combined with high levels of quality training of our personnel as the key to providing the best possible customer experience going forward.

To this end substantial investment has and continues to be made in both which will allow us to remain the contractor of choice for our existing and future customer bases.
